Music Review : Addicted to Bass 2011

15 May

The Wideboys and Ministry of Sound are back with their latest installation in the Addicted to Bass series.

With 3 CD’s of speaker pounding, bass shaking tracks, it doesn’t disappoint. The collection features the likes of Katy B, Nero, Laidback Luke, Flux Pavillion and Example, as well some classics of 2011, remixed and remastered, from Adele and Wretch 32.

And Adele’s track, remixed by Villa, that shines as the opening track to CD2, a feel good, bass-laiden track setting the tone for the whole album.

For the bass lovers out there, this is a must. With a variety of genres including the monumentally evolving dubstep, this delivers on so many levels : 4/5
